The free trial has no charge. Paid memberships are billed by Square and reviewed by the academy.

The public trial form does not collect a card and does not create a charge. There is nothing to refund. A request is not a reserved seat.

Paid memberships

When you start a membership, Square charges the plan you chose. To cancel or ask for a refund, write to the academy through the contact page with the email on the membership. Staff review the request and, when a refund is due, process it through Square.

This website does not issue a refund by itself. You will get an email when the request is finished.

What to include

  • The name and email on the membership
  • The charge date, if you have it
  • Whether you want to cancel future billing, request a refund, or both
